All icons are defined in the SKIN template. Site administrators can make
changes to the sitewide SKIN template, which would apply to the entire
LISTSERV site. List owners, on the other hand, can make changes to
list-specific SKIN templates, which would apply only to the lists in question.

To change the list archive icon for a specific list, use the navigation bar
and go to List Management > Customization > Web Templates. Then select the
list that you want to work with and search for a template named SKIN. The
template contains various configuration variables and default settings for
the web interface. The icon used by the list archives is defined by the
following line about 2/3 of the way down:

+SE ARCHIVEICON &+IMAGEDIR;&+PREFIX;-archiveicon.&+IMGEXT;

To change this icon, modify the part after +SE ARCHIVEICON and replace it
with the location and file name of the image that you want to use instead.
The path can be either absolute or relative. To use a relative path, you
would need administrative privileges on the server that LISTSERV is running
on so that you can copy the new image into the /archives/images/ folder.
