Not sure about listserv, but on our other system we have had to instigate two
different process which are called when doing bulk uploads from windows and mac
files due to these differences. That was the only way we could operate around it
easily and I would assume listserv is setup with only one method of handling a
bulk upload text - which looks like macs are incompatable with it.
