I have made a rather large error in judgement.
I have setup a list called NAVIGATE which now has 10,467 subscribers and
my machine can't handle that.
I asked LISTSERV to EDPLODE NAVIGATE (BEST 10 and it found only 960
subscribers it would suggest be moved:

Does anyone know a way to ask LISTSERV to recognize where the best
sites are for moving the Internet subscribers that aren't in BITEARN
NODES? I'm sure that most of the 10,000 subscribers don't really
belong on my machine, since LISTSERV thinks I only have 810 local
subscribers.
