Migrating from Listproc 8.2 to LISTSERV

I've been asked to investigate what it takes to migrate the mailing list
server I manage from ListProc 8.2 to LISTSERV.  What tools are available to
help move the data (list configs, subscribers lists, files, and list
archives) from ListProc to LISTSERV.

We host about 150 lists ranging from a few subscribers to about 1700 on the
largest one.
