TELL LISTSERV GET LSVBITFD HELPCMS
 
It can't  figure the path, which  is impossible to do  since everybody is
not using the same program to  generate their routing tables. It can only
figure  out physical  or weighted  distances, using  the "shortest"  path
(which may or may not be the actual path).
