The culprit was  [log in to unmask] It seems that the original  PUT command did
not work on their system (apparently due  to some local mods to CP), and Kerry
retagged it and  transferred it back to  LISTSERV. Then it was  accepted as an
INITIAL PUT job and redistributed  to everybody. I'm investigating the problem
with Kerry, but I'm glad that this is not the start of a loop! :-)
