Given the size of LSV$WHO, it is unlikely to break, unless Eric chages
the format of the SIGNUP FILE.  I would imagine a utility to convert it
and Eric mentioning the change to the file, so there probably would be
some time to fix it.  It's also kind of hard to imagine that with the
number of sites running it, that some kind sole wouldn't fix it.
(Even if it has been abandoned by its father. :-)
 
Also, as Juan mentioned, /WHOIS is kind of a pig.  I have a version
that uses LSVFILER instead of EXECIO, that I keep promising to send to
Michael.  It means you have to have room for all SIGNUP FILE in memory.
(There, I just sent Michael my copy.  Maybe he'll post it as LSV$WHO2
or something.
