Backbone Listservs know about public lists on Bitnet that are served
by VM Listserv software. If any list is not such, then it is unknown
to backbone Listservs like [log in to unmask]
(Yes, some Bitnet listserv nodes also have internet hostnames, like
UGA, so list@UGA on Bitnet and [log in to unmask] on the internet
 are both valid/identical.)
