UGH, 1.5k comes with a new WAKEPARM FILE, losing my copy.  I had to go
fetch it from the backup, without restoring the whole backup; double UGH.
 
Suggestion:
 
    LISTSERV WAKEPARM ---->|
                           V
    LOCAL WAKEPARM ----> (merge program) --->  WAKEPARM FILE
 
Distribute LISTSERV WAKEPARM each time it changes, and once a SAMPLE WAKEPARM,
and run the merge program as necessary, which will replace WAKEPARM FILE.
