If you talking about your mail client, as opposed to some LISTSERV list
configuration, then it is mail client specific.

Eudora doesn't care e.g.,

to: [log in to unmask],[log in to unmask]


When emailing to multiple lists  at the same site, though, it is possible
that some LISTSERV anti-spam features will inhibit transmission
(depending upon a number of factors).

In one case, we switched to sub-list= to resolve that situation.
