Chances are they won't be listed explicitly in the doco.  There are so
many different templates that documenting every one of them would result
in yet another manual alone!  If you upgraded to 1.8e from an earlier
version then the DEFAULT.XXX template files *should* have been
overwritten with the new ones.  Perhaps for some reason yours didn't.

I'll mail copies of them to you off-list.  DEFAULT.WWWTPL is quite large
(1.3MB).
