I'd suggest using "real" sublists. A full description of the key words is in http://www.lsoft.com/manuals/1.8d/owner/appendb.html under sub-lists.

I have a "super" list that has the following two headers to make this happen:

Sub-lists= l-bmbfac,l-bmbst,l-bmbpdr,l-bmbgs,l-bmbra,l-bmbins,l-bmbgso
Send= (l-bmbfac),(l-bmbst),(l-bmbpdr),(l-bmbgs),(l-bmbra),(l-bmbins),(l-bmbgso)

Of course you could just the Send= style without the sub-lists. The advantage of the sub-lists is that it removes duplicate addresses. An advantage of your style is that the note is archived for each list. Super-lists have their own archives only.
