I recently had the following error from LISTSERV here:
...
27 Jan 1988 09:39:32 From DAULIE@BANUFS11: sendme utcserve filelist
DMKCSP028E CLASS MISSING OR INVALID
RDR FILE 3296 TRANSFERRED FROM RSCS
27 Jan 1988 09:39:34 Sent file "UTCSERVE FILELIST D" to DAULIE@BANUFS11
27 Jan 1988 09:39:35 RSCS message: FILE 3296 (3296) REJECTED -- INVALID
DESTINATION ADDRESS
27 Jan 1988 09:39:35 To JEFF@UTCVM: Transferred file from LISTSERV@UTCVM
found in reader.
27 Jan 1988 09:39:35 Sent information mail to JEFF@UTCVM
The transferred file was UTCSERVE FILELIST. Upon investigation, the
entry in BITEARN NODES for BANUFS11 has a file class of '*'. This made
LISTSERV fail with DMKCSP028E and for some reason the tag of the file
was in this case 'UTCVM MAILER 50 W=MAILER' which RSCS rejected. I sent
the file on to the recipient.
The BANUFS11 entry should be changed. Harold is looking for a patch for
LISTSERV to get by invalid class tags. You'll probably hear from him
soon.
