I have a number of files I'd like to put up on LISTSERV so that everyone
can have (read) access to them.
 
While I have LISTFILE MEMO, this does not tell me how to create a filelist
nor how to set up files within the server.  Our ListServ maintainer here
said I had to give her a filelist so she could set it up.  Our system
does NOT have FILEOWNR MEMO, btw, which would be helpful.
 
(1) How do I set up a filelist called COCO?
 
(2) How do I place files into that filelist so that everyone can get them?
 
(3) How do I place a PACKAGE into that list so that, say, the command
    SENDME FORTH PACKAGE will send all the Forth code files in filelist COCO.
 
Any help would be appreciated!
