'EXPLODE listname  (WITHOUT OREGON1 FOR  xyz PREFER xyz', where  'xyz' is
any existing  node far  away from  OREGON1 (preferrably  one of  the peer
nodes hosting the list). Another way is to QUIET MOVE everybody to one of
the other peers, and then EXPLODE it /Eric
