Nothing particularly weird about it.  [log in to unmask] is
defined in SERVICE NAMES as handling mail distribuition for the indiana.edu
domain.  Your list VAMPIRE-L must have subscribers in that domain, so the
LISTSERV mail distribution algorithm sends one copy to Indiana's designated
distribution server.  For some transient reason (not shown in the part you
sent us), the inter-LISTSERV mail was not delivered.  You need to find out
why that delivery is failing, from your SMTP logs or the rest of the message.
