Here's a problem I've had (1.8c beta) with a list defined with Send=Owner.
This list has two owners, the second being qualified with the "Quiet:"
parameter.

The first owner can post to the list, but not the second one. Is it because
Send=owner only specifies the first owner? (Send=owners with an "s" is not
in the manual) Is it because of the Quiet parameter? Did I oversee something?
