Ok, after a couple years of maintinaing and upgrading LISTSERV,
I have been called upon to assist in setting up a list.  Are there any good
docs out there that will guide me through the steps necessary to set up a list?
Or maybe one of the docs shipped with LISTSERV is sufficient and I haven't
stumbled upon it yet.  Any help would be appreciated.
