At least with version 16.0, if you change your login preferences from
'Basic Mode' to 'Expert Mode', you can download the list reports in CSV
format from the web interface.  You won't see the download option in Basic
Mode.  I don't recall for certain whether that existed in 15.5, but I
think it did.
