LISTSERV Change at NDSUVM1

We have changed our production LISTSERV to the FRECP11 model now.
In conjunction with this change, our ONLY listserv machine is now
called LISTSERV at NDSUVM1.  This REPLACES the test version, LISTTEST at
NDSUVM1 (PEERS NAMES nick entry 042 in the 12/07/86 version).
I have sent the new entry to Eric.  Thank you.
