Can anyone tell me how I can run a LISTSERV mailing list from a PC? For
example, what software do I need, and what sort of Internet Service
Provider? What ISPs do this sort of thing, and how much do they charge?
And is this the sort of thing that can be done as part of BITNET, or, as
I expect, is this a separate kind of LISTSERV mailing list.
