error 10060 means WSAETIMEDOUT  Connection timed out

LISTSERV tries to hold open the connection with LSMTP (this speeds SMTP
traffic) but after 10 or so minutes of inactivity, LSMTP closes the
connection.  So the next time there is mail to deliver, this error occurs.

This means the connection was successfully re-established.

In short, nothing to worry about.
