Gene, what I do for subscribers that change addresses is unsub them from
the old address and let them resub themselves from the new address.
Advantages:
 
1.  Puts some of the work on them (they must resub, they must take future
    responsibility for keeping their sub ok).
 
2.  Keeps the list clean.  You are in deep trouble if you don't.   Dave
