UICBIT is not in your routing tables, so RSCS doesn't know how to send to
it. Since UICBIT is one of the  (new) BITNET core sites, it handles quite
a lot of  volume and a lot of  mail is affected. If you  update your RSCS
routing tables the problem will go away. If you need assistance with that
just  write to  [log in to unmask]  Note  that routing  tables  for BITNET  are
provided by CREN and EARN, not L-Soft.
