I recently noticed when trawling our LISTSERV logs that the network tables
were out of date.  Since we run in TABLELESS mode this isn't a big issue for
us but I figured it would be prudent to manually update the them anyway.

I did this but upon a restart of the service it tells me that the tables are
still out of date.  Is this something to be concerned about?
