Most of ya'll may know this, but the next version of Mailbook will
act differently.  The 'foward' command will build completely new headers,
with the old headers being made a part of the body of the message.
Foruantely, Richard has not left us in the dark.  He's added a new
command, 'RESEND', which will behave exactly like the 'forward' command
now.
