I delete the index files and restart the software.
A new index files were generated but the system produces the same error.

Do you know why it will be doing this?

The documentation you are referring to is for migration of the software 
within the same operating system. It does not cover migration between 
different operating system. (e.g.: Windows to Linux).

I need help, Can someone help with this issue?
