LISTSERV will not 'store' message content.  It only handles immediate messages.
However, you may be able to store such content in the database and then (see # 2
below) use a SQL SELECT statement to call it out again.

Yes, LISTSERV can be connected to Oracle.  See http://www.lsoft.com/dbms.html
and yes LISTSERV can send email using any valid SQL SELECT statement to extract
any desired data from Oracle.

Partly.  LISTSERV can confirm the email address and 'listname' but it will not
confirm the other information.  This needs to be input directly to the database.
