History: For a list header with new-list= newlist, I'm trying to forward
the -request emails to the owners of the new list. Pete suggested:

[log in to unmask]
Owner= Owner([log in to unmask])

That does not work. WHat does work (and both lists are on the same
server) is:

[log in to unmask]
Owner= Owner(newlist)

But that doesn't help me. How do I specify it if the list is on a
different server? Is that possible?
