I received notification that 2 of our local users had signed off on March 4 again for like the 3rd time without them doing it themselves.  So I went into LISTSERV-20130304.LOG which is the system log, right?  But I'm not sure what I'm looking for in there to tell me why someone signed off.  Can someone tell me?

You'll probably need to ask your site administrator to search the LISTSERV system log.  The list CHANGELOG documents what happened and when, but doesn't explain why or where the request originated.
