A similar problem I find here is that List Owners read the documentation
and ignore the warning "do not do this unless you talk to your listserv
maintainer first". I recently had a list owner who set a "List-Address="
list header because he wanted to change the name of the list on postings.
That caused all kinds of problems because owner-listname did not exist and
he couldn't use the web interface because although the correct listname
was listed on the list management page, wa uses the "list-address=userid"
for the name of the list and told him he was not authorized.  It would be
nice if inserting those list headers, such as list-address=, returned the
same error as altering the restricted parameters of the Notebook=.
I'm grumpy today I guess.
