The keywords and settings you want are
 
* Send= Editor,Hold
* Editor=user@host,(listname)
 
Substitute the moderator's userid@host for the first address in Editor=,
and the name of the list inside the parenthesis.  The "Hold" parameter
in Send= will enable the use of the "ok" confirmation.  (This assumes
you're running on 1.8b.  1.8a does not support the "Hold" parameter.)
