The references I found in the notebooks for LSTSRV-L regarding removal
of a list from LISTSERV are about four years old, so I wanted to re-ask
the question: What is the "proper" way to remove a list?  In my case,
the list is not peered, but notebooks were stored.
 
Eric's early response to this question seemed to indicate that a
 
     TELL LISTSERV CMS ERASE listname * *
 
would be effective.  This sounds too easy, so I thought I should check.
