Is there a command that can be sent to get a copy of a digest for a
particular list before it is sent out.  For example if digest goes out
once a day at midnight but sometime during the day a subscriber wishes to
check out what is already sent for that day how do they go about getting
an uncomplete copy of the digest for that day.
