Help!  Our University in their great wisdom has closed down an IBM 4381
and has decided not to continue to support LISTSERV.  (I don't know
why.)  Anyway UTAHBUS.BITNET is no longer in operation and mail is still
coming for POLSDB@UTAHBUS and [log in to unmask]  Please remove these names
from LSTSRV-L.
