We are turning off a number of unused lists, but some of the owners have asked about the list archives.  They are finding that
get listname.log1010 

frequently does not produce anything they can read.  I do not want to have to try to explain character sets, Unicode, etc.  Are there commercial sites that can produce readable archives from what they download?
