If I add a renewal= keyword with today's date (to theoretically
force a renewal process on my list) and then send the list header
back to the list, will renewal notices be sent out today?

I am concerned that maybe I must use tomorrow's date instead.  Here
LISTSERV would send out notices when the system clock strikes 00:00:00.

Does anyone know for sure?  ..CHris..
