Somehow both of these templates were left out of the initial public release
of 1.8e.  This has been corrected in the forthcoming 'Level Set' release.

However, you can get a corrected copy of DEFAULT.WWWTPL by sending

To:         [log in to unmask]

msg body:   GET DEFAULT.WWWTPL

LISTSERV will send it back by email.  This is the only public server I'm
sure is running Level Set RC (Release Candidate) build.
