Did you configure IIS 6 to allow it to execute binaries (.exe files)? By
default on Windows 2003 Server, IIS will not execute CGI binaries until
you explicitly configure it to do so.

When we try to initiate the wa.exe file from our ListServ running W2003
server and 14.4 of List Serv, the Gui page for ListServ does not come
up. It either ask us to run the wa.exe file or we cannot view it.

What issues do we have to be aware of for this install?
