Thank you for the quick response. This app is currently being run on Windows 2003 server. When you are talking about the listserv admin account and resetting the password, can this be done from the Computer management > Users and groups console

Or do I have to login to the Listserv application as admin and have to do the changes? (As you are already aware of it, I do not have admin privilages on the app yet. However, I am the domain admin which is part of the Local admin group on this server hosting listserv app.

If I have to do this through cmd line interface, do you have the commands handy that I would need to run?
