On our AIX box, it's 'signup.file1', 'signup.file2', etc up to
'signup.file31'.  It seems to split them around 5,000 entries or so
(but then, we have on the order of 160,000 or so unique registered email
addresses for our lists - the joys of running a large site) Since I have
*no* idea how it decides which file a given entry is in, I've always
left it to 'lcmd register ....' and let *it* figure out what needs doing.
