We migrated to a new box and OS (win2k to Win2008) and upgraded from
15.5 to 16.0. All screens seem to be operating normally, except the List
Management Dashboard. It repeats the same following line of code for
each list, but not listnames. The View and Edit links work, but are
displayed after the 80 lines of code

We are using wa.cgi. If I change it to wa.exe, everything is fine. I
need to stay with cgi because many of the school districts who's users
subscribe to our lists block all .exe executions.
