The samething happened to me, including the transfer of two of the
shipment files to my userid.
If the shipment files on your LISTSERV's reader, then issue the
following command to your LISTSERV
install password code_1.5m pw=xxxxxx
 
 
If the files were transferred to your reader, then:
1) Xedit the file INSTALL FILE on LISTSERV's disk
    remove the lines beginning with CODE_1.5m
2) receive the shipment files
3) SENDFILE the shipment files to your listserv
4) Then issue the above install install command from above.
