Ahem... SMTPSERV is the server which receives mail from Arpa and it did,
at one time, send the files to SMTPUSER for forwarding.  Now, however,
it sends directly to the target user on Bitnet.  SMTPUSER must still be
used to front-end mail 'from' Bitnet to the Internet.  I suppose LISTSERV
got confused somewhere along the line because the origin was SMTPSERV.
