Hmm. Did you know that the Listserv Link Monitor has no idea what the
message 'FROM nodeid: LINK target DRAINED' means?  It knows ACTIVE,
CONNECT, STARTED, stalled, wedged sideways and not transmitting, but
DRAINED is beyond its comprehension.
 
Eric - this time I'm not flaming your coding style.  However, since
you like your style so much, YOU can decrypt it and teach it the
needed incantations. :-)
