Mail forwarding code going a bit wonky?

Has anyone else seen any occurences of the LISTSERV mail
forwarding package erroneously grabbing DIST2 jobs and sending
them to random people in FORWARD FILE? Occasionally it seems to
do this, but I can't determine any pattern or motivation.
