I've read the May and the Dec versions of the manual, but ......
 
I recently created a confidential list on a VM LISTSERV.
 
The owner had no intention of storing files or keeping notebooks
so I did not create a filelist for that list.
 
I DID create a <listname> MAILTPL with the >>> Bottom_Banner
 
Problem:  I PUTC the mailtpl to LISTSERV's A disk and it works fine
          but the listowner is unable to access it to make additional
          changes.  How do I make the mailtpl accessable to the owner ?
 
          ( If I create a fileid & filelist for the list, would not
            ALL files for that list go to the disk pointed to by the
            FILEID ?  Doesn't the MAILTPL file have to be on the 'A' disk ? )
