Service is fine, but local should be:  Local= VTVM*,*VT.EDU
 
I use  Local= AKRON*,*UAKRON.EDU  and it works fine.
(Of course some Vermont VM system may some day use VTVMACAD and they
would then be local to you, but you're probably safe ;-)
