LSMTP-Lite has by design an outgoing limit of 10 "threads" or connections.
The next higher license class has a limit of 50.  More connections => faster
delivery.  But there may be other issues (such as your using dynamic IPs on
the same machine) that may cause receiving domains to be be reluctant (slow)
to accept your mail.  

You could obtain a temporary (30 days) license from L-Soft sales for the 50
threads and see how that performs.  You'll soon know if that does the trick
for your needs.
