I'd like to be able to define a FAC to allow members of a particular
distribution list (only) to GET files in a filelist whose name differs
from the name of the distribution list.  What's the best way to
implement this?
 
(For example, I'd like to define a FAC of FOO in filelist MAGENTA
 that would allow members of distribution list RIFFRAFF to GET those
 files...)
 
Apologies in advance if the answer to this is something obvious that
my weary gaze has overlooked...
